Major Expansion and Updating
Building upon the site of the circa-1784 Old Federal Church, we expanded and reconstructed an original villa built in 1944 into a gorgeous Mediterranean style colonial in Silver Spring with great character. Bathroom Renovation
Cracked and broken original tile work and old plumbing in both Master and En-suite bathrooms begged creative updating. The homeowner challenged us to update the style while maintaining the home's original 1920's heritage, all on a very economical budget. Skylights, enlarged shower, new fixtures, all new tile, brand new plumbing resulted in gleaming new bathrooms with "old world" charm.
