Feasibility/Initial Meeting

This first step allows us to determine the feasibility of remodeling your home, what the potential design could look like and what the associated costs would be.

First, we will meet to determine that we are right for each other. This is about fit. We want to ensure that we are the right contractor for you and your project is right for us. There is no shame if we find out that this is not so and there is no cost in spending a few hours getting to know each other.

Some things we will discuss during that time as we try to get an understanding of the scope of the project include:

• What would you like to accomplish?
• Why do you want to do this?
• What elements of your space do you like and dislike, and why?
• What is your lifestyle like?
• What kinds of materials, products, and colors are you thinking about?

We want to amaze you with our work, but we can't do this unless the project scope is within the realm of your desired budget. The only way to determine this is to talk openly about your budget. This will save us both time and make sure that expectations are in line with what we can deliver within your budget. In order to help you some idea of where the project might head, we will try to give you a verbal ballpark price at the first meeting based on similar projects. Final estimate will come once we fully scope the project.
