Getting You a Price Estimate

In order to provide you with a more firm price estimate, we will likely return to your property on a couple of occasions to:

• Take exact measurements of the area(s) to be renovated and transfer these into a floor plan.
• Review the possible designs and discuss the pros and cons of each plan.
• Discuss product and materials selections and potential cost ramifications.

Once we think we really have the essence of the project clear in our minds, we will come back to you with an estimate for the project. This estimate will have a 10% to 15% margin of error. At this time, you will have an opportunity to change the scope of the project, in which case we will come back with a modified estimate.

If you feel prepared to move forward with the project based on our estimate, we will ask you to remit a "commitment" payment that will be applied to your final contract. This will move us into the Design and Development Phase. If you decide not to proceed with Admiral, we will wish you the best and part friends.
